All sales are considered final. At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and fulfilled.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs. Upon review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please note that items reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
